Coach
Coach came to us with three challenges:
- We don’t know exactly who we are
- We want to evolve from being a disparate set of features to a unified platform
- We want to be more human
So we set out on a journey of product and brand experiences with the Coach team to surface their purpose, their “Why," and to make sure that everything they did laddered back to that purposeful foundation. We supported the Coach team through extensive customer and market research and helped them develop the journeys that would offer their customers the most rewarding possible experiences.
We synthesized those experiences into their Why, which is to help tutors do more of what they do best, to Teach More. We then helped them create the content that would ultimately become a new version of their product and their site. The Coach story continues as they grow with their customers.
